1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Walkwing Travels (Pvt) Ltd ("Walkwing," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Walkwing Travels provides curated tour packages, travel planning, transportation, accommodation arrangements, and related travel services across Sri Lanka. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on seasonal conditions, local regulations, and third-party provider constraints.

3. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official website.
• A deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the tour start date.
• Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Walkwing Travels.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to lankawalkwing@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.
• Travelers must comply with all local laws and customs of Sri Lanka during the tour.
• Any special dietary, medical, or accessibility requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
• Walkwing Travels is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability before departure. Walkwing Travels does not provide travel insurance and shall not be held liable for any uninsured losses.

7. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere to published itineraries, Walkwing Travels reserves the right to modify tour schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, political events, or third-party provider changes. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value.

8. Limitation of Liability

Walkwing Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, activity providers). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the acts or defaults of these third-party providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tour package.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Walkwing Travels website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Walkwing Travels (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
